I must say that tap water quality in Thailand has long been a subject of debate. Many households are still uncertain about the cleanliness of water pipes and the overall water quality. Consequently, some people choose to use water filters or buy bottled water. Drinking unclean water poses risks such as kidney stones or urinary tract infections, and the same applies to cats. Therefore, it's recommended to provide clean water for your cats, just like for humans.
❌ It's not advisable to use tap water because it contains chlorine, which could lead to various diseases. This is especially crucial if your cat already has pre-existing conditions such as heart or kidney diseases, as it may worsen their symptoms.
‼️ Importantly, don't forget to change the water in your cat's bowl at least once a day. Dust and invisible fur particles accumulate significantly, making the water dirty and not suitable for your cat's health. 🥰 If you love your cat, remember to take good care of their health. 🤍
